SYSTEM 3: BUTTON DOWN TRIO
This system results in 3 modular garments: a long sleeve shirt, sleeveless tunic, and mid length skirt. Building off the arch shaped components and rectangular panels utilized in System 2's pant legs, the system adds a sleeveless button down component and waistband component. The sleeveless button down shirt component maintains an adjustable hem with snap 'darts' allowing for further components to be attached at the hem when fully unsnapped. The rectangular panels from System 2 are added to the hem to create the tunic. Similarly, the waistband component is added to the hem of the sleeveless button down component in the mid length skirt. The snaps at the mid section of the button down shirt add further size and fit adjustment and secure the arch shaped components to the body of the mid length skirt. The shoulder seams of the sleeveless button down component are lined with snaps to allow the shirt to be worn as a skirt when flipped vertically.
